We implement an operational control and review system thereby monitoring the hospital’s performance on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
We provide assistance for NABH accreditation of the hospital. We will also facilitate preparation and documentation of all the activities, procedures, policies and protocols associated with clinical, support services and administrative management of the hospital. We shall also draft the organization structure, administrative policies, rules and regulations, work flow matrix, functional workflow patterns, clinical protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) of all departments.
