Operational efficiency has become the latest buzzword with the emergence of welfare based community insurance schemes and price capping measures by the government. Documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and subsequent implementation is essential to ensure operational efficiency. It also leads to faster accreditation.

We focus on nurturing self-driven quality initiatives in hospitals and public healthcare delivery. Our approach involves strengthening the quality management structure within an Organization through capacity building and knowledge transfers, so that commitment to quality is embedded in the way the Organization conducts its operations. We are equipped to assist our clients at each step of their quality journey from assessments, identifying gaps, documentation support, training & capacity building, handholding support, monitoring & supervision to accreditation support for third party assessment.

We implement an operational control and review system thereby monitoring the hospital’s performance on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

We provide assistance for NABH accreditation of the hospital. We will also facilitate preparation and documentation of all the activities, procedures, policies and protocols associated with clinical, support services and administrative management of the hospital. We shall also draft the organization structure, administrative policies, rules and regulations, work flow matrix, functional workflow patterns, clinical protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) of all departments.
